Kayla Rains, RDH, BS graduated from the University of Louisville Dental Hygiene program in 2013. During the first 7 years after graduation Kayla served in several capacities on the Kentucky Dental Hygiene Association where she became President in 2019. She worked for private practice offices for 2 years before starting at Mortenson Family Dental in 2015. Kayla has been a Dental Hygienist with Mortenson Dental Partners for the past 10 years as well as helping lay the foundation for their Dental Hygiene mentor program. Kayla has started a new role as the National Hygiene Lead Provider Recruiter, and has been able to help top hygiene talent find the best offices for them. Kayla is passionate about giving the best patient experience and finding top of the field hygienists to work for this amazing company.
