Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) + Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Policy
Exhibitor COI’s Due: JUNE 15, 2026
A Certificate of Liability Insurance or ‘COI’ is required for ALL exhibitors participating in the RDH Under One Roof 2026. A COI is obtained by the Exhibitor’s insurance carrier or Exhibitors may purchase temporary event insurance. The deadline for submitting the COI indicating adequate insurance coverage is June 15, 2026*.
Rainprotection Insurance is the official provider for short term, event specific, temporary insurance for exhibitors at RDH UOR 2026. Purchase event specific insurance through Rainprotection Insurance.
* Per the Exhibition Rules, Regulations & Conditions set forth by EndeavborB2B, and agreed to by Exhibitor upon execution and submission of the Exhibit Space Agreement (Agreement) for this event, Exhibitor agrees to provide EndeavorB2B with a suitable certificate verifying that the required insurance is and will remain in force for the duration of the Exhibition.

EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Click the button below to BEGIN registering for booth personnel. Enter your email address, add an optional CC email, and select "YES" when asked if you are registering booth personnel.
You will then be asked to select your company name and booth size below the Exhibitor Registration Instructions. Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once.
ONLY REGISTER STAFF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE EVENT.
Add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page within the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to adding your entire group, you will need to log back in to continue to add to your booth staff. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Already Registered? View or modify your existing registration."
If you DO NOT see your company name listed, please contact the Registration Department.
Each exhibitor receives:
- One (1) complimentary exhibitor full conference badge
- One (1) exhibit booth staff badge per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space
- Additional booth staff badges do not include lunches.
- Lunch is available for purchase for $75.00 per day during the registration process.

Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the conference. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with the event. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist.
