Speaker Bio
Kyle Isaacs RDHEP, BHS is an expanded practice dental hygienist working in a variety of patient care settings in her home state of Oregon. She started her mobile dental hygiene business in 2014 and has taken care of low income patients in a local church, nursing homes, memory care facilities, schools, adult foster care homes, and private residences for patients who are not ambulatory. Since the pandemic, she put a hold on her mobile business and now works for Benton county Oregon, taking care of all ages, providing care in schools, clinics, at fairs, and will soon be working in a pediatrician’s office providing education, fluoride varnish, SDF, and making referrals! In 2017 Kyle co-wrote a proposal for a pilot project to educate the staff employed at long-term care facilities and to provide preventative dental hygiene services. She is a published author in RDH Magazine and was recognized for her dedication to her profession as a 2017 SUNSTAR Award of Distinction recipient and the 2018 Hu-Friedy/ADHA Master Clinician award. Kyle also writes a monthly column for the county on oral health for non-dental county employees hoping to inspire them to be as healthy as possible.
