What is included in a full conference registration?
- Opportunity to aquire 18 CE from trusted dental hygienists you have been waiting to learn from
- Hear new content that applies to the effects of COVID on the dental hygiene professional
- Learn from the New Product Presentation about what's new
- You will still aquire your Early Bird Registration gift (if you registered by August 31st)
- Attendees will receive a SWAG/Sample Gift Box from defined sponsors
- Sponsors will be offering Show Specials and Samples
- Participate in the Cash Prize Giveaway by visting the exhibitors, resulting in an opportunity to receive one of five $500 cash prizes or one $1000 cash prize
- Attend the awards programs. See the SunStar Award of Distinction Recipients and the Heart to Hands Award winners
- Patricipate in the virtual networking at the Patterson RCC event

How do I get my dentist to help pay my tuition?
What meals are included?
- At an in-person/LIVE event, full conference attendees receive lunch on the last two days, and drinks/snacks at each of the networking receptions on the exhibit hall floor.

Will I have time to visit the exhibit hall?
- Yes! And there is so much to see! You can visit the exhibit hall at any point during the virtual conference.
Conference
What is a General Session?
- General Sessions are large group courses open to all registered attendees. Seating is first come serve, come early get a good seat. No additional registration is needed to attend any of the general sessions.
What is a Workshop?
- Workshops are small group courses with hands-on elements (we will still include workshops in our virtual conference, however, you will not have the hands-on element).
If you miss a workshop, you can choose to attend another workshop that is not already sold out. Check in with registration to work out your specific situation.
Will there be course handouts?
- General Sessions will have handouts provided online approximately 30 days before the event. All pre-registered attendees will be sent an email notice that the handouts are ready to be printed and downloaded
- At our live event, workshop materials are all provided by the presenter, and handed out during the session.
CE Credits
How many credits can I expect to earn while attending UOR?
- You can earn up to 18 CE credits by attending only general sessions at each time slot all three days, including the mega, keynote and wrap-up sessions.
- Organize you time to fit your needs, the number of CE credits is indicated on each course. You can maximize your time, or only earn what you need.
How do I collect my CE credits?
- Normally, there would be a CE kiosk onsite where you can collect your CE certifications of completion /verifications. At the end of every session you will be given a CE code. 1) Write down the code, visit the CE kiosk or use the mobile app, log in, take the course evaluation, and print (or send yourself via email) your CE verification. The CE kiosk is open all three days of the event.
- For the virtual event, you will 1) Write down the code 2) Log in 3) Take the course evaluation 4) Print your course evaluation at home
- After the event, you can collect your CE credits online by going to www.dentalacademyofce.com.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations cancelled in writing before September 9, 2020 for a refund, minus a $50 administrative charge. After September 24, 2020, no refunds will be permitted. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing.
