Dr. Robert “Bob” Martino is a 1990 graduate of the WVU School of Dentistry. After practicing dentistry in Bridgeport and Buckhannon, he transitioned to business, founding Wilmar Management Company, which operates seven dental practices in West Virginia. Under his leadership, the company emphasizes community service, organizing coat drives, free dental days for kids, and a Candy Buy Back Program that benefits U.S. troops. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Martino is the founder and CEO of EASW, a global aeronautics company serving high-profile clients like NetJets and Pratt Whitney. In 2012, he co-founded OraCare, a dental mouthwash company providing a safer alternative to Chlorhexidine. Through the OraCare Cares program, the company donates products to cancer patients, pledging a donation for every order placed. In 2013, he founded Freedom Day USA, a national movement honoring military members and veterans with free services and gifts. This initiative, which began in dentistry, has expanded across industries, providing over $35 million in free services to more than 100,000 military families. A recognized leader in dental entrepreneurship, Dr. Martino has been featured in Dentistry Today and is an international speaker. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, pickleball, and supporting local schools and the Harrison County Humane Society. He lives in Bridgeport, WV, with his wife, four children, and four rescue dogs.
