EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

You will be asked to select your company name and booth size below. Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once. ONLY REGISTER THE STAFF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back in to continue to add to your booth staff.

Each exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary exhibitor full conference pass and one (1) exhibit booth staff passes per 100 sq ft of exhibit space.
Additional booth staff passes do not include lunches. Lunch is available for purchase for $75.00 per day during the registration process.

Child Attendance Policy
Conference Sessions: As a professional consideration to all RDH Under One Roof conference attendees, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the session rooms.

Exhibit Hall: Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the exhibition floor during the event hours unless the Official Minor Release Form is signed by a badged accompanying adult. Release forms are available onsite at Registration. Event Management reserves the right to escort any minor deemed to be disruptive or not under supervision. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibit hall floor during move in or move out. No exceptions.

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media, LLC/RDHUOR26.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration or substitutions must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations received before June 5, 2026, will receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative charge per person. After June 5, 2026, no refunds will be permitted.

In place of cancellation, registrations may be transferred to RDH Under One Roof 2027*. The registration must be used in 2027 and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations/substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing to registration@endeavorb2b.com or the address below.
