Kristin Sheridan is a Hygiene Mastery-trained Registered Dental Hygienist practicing in West Virginia. Originally from Lilly, PA, she combined her strong organizational skills and passion for helping others into a dynamic career in dentistry. After earning a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from West Virginia University, she pursued dental hygiene at Allegany College of Maryland, where she was recognized with the Proctor & Gamble Excellence in Patient Communication Award. She later provided patient care at Wilson Martino and TLC Dental. Kristin’s dedication to comprehensive, high-quality care led her beyond clinical practice. She joined OraCare as Resident Educator and Clinical Director, where she conducts over 600 educational webinars annually, coaches dental professionals nationwide, and promotes advanced therapeutic strategies for lifelong oral health. In 2022, her commitment earned her a promotion to Chief Clinical Officer. She also serves as a Cellerant Senior Executive Consultant and liaises with seven dental practices in West Virginia, integrating new protocols to enhance patient care. Beyond education and leadership, Kristin oversees OraCare’s public relations, social media, and event planning, ensuring a consistent brand message and engaging in industry conventions. She credits these experiences with expanding her knowledge and career opportunities. Kristin lives in West Virginia with her husband, Henry, and daughter, Lynden. Together, they share a passion for flipping houses, transforming neglected properties into beautiful, functional homes.
