Once available, we will send out an email, post on our RDH Magazine social media pages, and activate the links on the website. We plan to open the room block in October.
The discounted rates will only be available through our official housing company (Connections Housing) and cannot be guaranteed after June 4, 2027, or until the room block is filled.

Connections Housing is the official housing agency for the RDH Under One Roof Conference. Through this website you can book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about the event. The deadline for securing your reservation is June 4, 2027. Applicable taxes will be added to room rates - currently 9.25% State Tax, 7% Occupancy Tax, and $2.50 City Tax

HOW TO RESERVE:
Book your room at the negotiated RDH Under One Roof rate through our official Passkey portal. Rooms are limited, once the block fills, no additional rooms are guaranteed at this rate.

Deposit Information:
The hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room plus tax prior to arrival. The remaining nights’ charges are collected at check-in. If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax per each room reserved, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation(s).
Cancellation Information:
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation. Hotel also reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if applicable
