Yanique Griffin, RDH, MBA, is Tend’s first ever Director of Hygiene. She is an accomplished
leader and a passionate educator. She began her career in dentistry in high school as a
dental assistant and has continued to grow in her clinical and operational skills since
graduating from the hygiene program at Farmingdale State College in 2005. She loves to
learn and continued her undergraduate and graduate education and continues to seek other
opportunities to keep learning. In her unique role as Hygiene Director, she provides
mentorship, support, and opportunities for growth for over 130 hygienists across Tend’s 5
markets and soon to be 6. Yanique currently lives with her family in the Greater Atlanta area,
where she most recently worked as a Clinical Service Manager with the North American
Dental Group.
