Objectives: 

• Evaluate what is a diode laser, what are the benefits of use for the dental hygienist, the patient, and the practice?
• Learn how we can improve patient care while practicing safely
• Provide a “hands-on” experience that will leave the hygienist feeling empowered to implement lasers into practice

During this workshop we will highlight the latest trends in dentistry that will improve the way we practice dental hygiene. We will focus on the introduction to Diode lasers and evaluate the significance lasers have in today’s comprehensive model of care.
