Dedicated to helping others grow, Paula Quinn brings 30 years of clinical dentistry, public speaking, educating, owning & operating her dental practice and coaching dental teams. Paula comes to Biolase with an elaborate wealth of information on the importance of interoffice communication, working towards a team goal and implementing clinical workflow. Her background and experiences, in and out of the dental practice, give her a unique skill set that brings value to each of her mentoring, speaking, consulting educating, and training engagements.
Paula sustained her journey as a dental assistant and front office administrator while putting herself through hygiene school at Indiana University. Upon completion of her dental hygiene degree, Paula moved to Arizona where she continued her education receiving her anesthetic and laser certificate as well as her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University. Paula continues to volunteer at the CASS Clinic and lectures at various schools about the importance of dentistry and dental hygiene.
Paula stays abreast of new developments in the field by attending courses related to neuromuscular disorders, business management, team development and aesthetic supported hygiene at the Las Vegas Institute. Paula is immersed in the dental industry as a member of the ALD, ADHA, & AzDHA. Aside from owning several of her own dental practice, Paula is also a practicing dental hygienist, consulting and a speaker for Invisalign and Biolase.
