Kristy Menage Bernie, RDH, MS, RYT a highly interactive and engaging international speaker and author for the past 30 years, is the owner of Educational Designs, Inc. and faculty for Andy RDH Dental Hygiene Academy, a national board review company. She has been quoted in various consumer publications, featured on the December, 2011 issue of RDH Magazine and is also a registered yoga teacher. Her personal journey with mental health has led to her mission of destigmatizing mental health issues by empowering the profession to take an active role in mental well-being.
