Objectives: 

• Review periodontal cases and walk through the step-by-step approach for proper staging and grading
• Investigate clinical technologies to implement based on the patient's risks
• Discover communication strategies to increase treatment compliance 

The 2017 AAP classifications have allowed us to focus on the patient's periodontal risks more effectively. This program is designed to review clinical cases that are not always easy to classify. Additionally, we will review best practices for treating the patient's current and future disease risks.
