Each exhibiting company has one primary contact. Only that person can register Booth Staff and Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates online. If you are the primary contact, you can register your colleagues as booth staff or as exhibitor full conference delegates by clicking here.
How do you know if you are the primary contact? If you are the person who is responsible for registering your staff, then you can set yourself up as the primary contact. It is not required for you to be the person named on the contract for your booth space.

Individuals with exhibiting companies have two registration options:
1. Booth Staff
2. Exhibitor Full Conference Delegate
1. Booth Staff
Each exhibiting company receives 2 complimentary booth staff registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space (i.e., 10x10 booth space).
Booth staff registration includes:
- Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out, and throughout the exhibit hall hours
- Access to the receptions on the Exhibit Hall floor
- Access to the Keynote Session
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday

2. Exhibitor Full Conference Delegate (exhibitors attending conference sessions):
Individuals with exhibiting companies who want to attend conference sessions need to register as an Exhibitor Full Conference Delegate.
This registration type, offered exclusively to exhibiting companies, at the discounted rate of $125.00, includes access to:
- Exhibit Hall throughout the event
- Keynote Session
- All Conference Sessions
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday
- Receptions on the Exhibit Hall floor
